In July 2018, I turned my dream into reality with Salon Lola. It's not just a salon; it's a nurturing space where clients unwind and indulge in top-tier hair care. More than that, it's a sanctuary for fellow stylists to flourish. Salon Lola embodies a vibrant community built on creativity, support, and inclusivity.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for the clients on our waitlist, we kindly require that you provide a 48-hour notice for cancellations. This will allow us time to fill the appointment. Since the services are reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. If you no show your appointment without any communication, you will be charged for the FULL-service amount.

If you have canceled and/or not shown up for two appointments, you can no longer book an appointment at Salon Lola.

*We understand that illness and emergent situations occur, these instances will be taken into consideration.

Service Redo Policy

We strive to offer our clients the highest level of client satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 3 days of your visit and we’ll be happy to correct the issue.

The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color & a fee will be applied as necessary. This is only for minor touch ups, not changed minds. Full service price applies after one week. We do not offer refunds for any services.

Salon Etiquette

Running Late?

We understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late and haven’t communicated this to your stylist, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will always do our best to get you in, but please text us at (937) 900-0759 and let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late and we will do the same. Cancellation Policy may be applied.

Be Respectful

Please respect our salon and other clients at all times.

  • Be mindful of language that may be offensive. Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated.

  • Respect your stylist and their craft with no distractions. We cannot perform at our best if you have children on your lap, while your head is down, on the phone, etc.

  • We love friends and family but please don’t bring them to your appointment. If you would like to introduce us or our work to them, referrals are the best flattery!

Children

We love our families and as parents ourselves we understand finding time for yourself can be challenging! Due to safety conditions, we will not allow unsupervised children in the salon.

  • If you are receiving a service, you must provide proper supervision for all children in the form of an additional caretaker and they must remain in the waiting area.

  • There will be no running around of any kind. There are cords, hot tools, and chemicals throughout the salon and we cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur.
